We are a print-on-demand service offering both catalogue and bespoke printed items. Each product is made to order with care and attention to detail.

Catalogue Orders: Standard designs available in our online catalogue.

Bespoke Orders: Custom designs created to your specifications (e.g., custom artwork, names, or messages).

All products are subject to availability, and production begins once payment is received. Please allow adequate time for processing, printing, and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.
 

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand production, our return policy varies by order type:

✅ Returns Accepted (Catalogue Items Only)

If you are not satisfied with a product from our standard catalogue, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before returning your item.

❌ Returns Not Accepted (Bespoke/Custom Orders)

Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. This includes any items with personalized text, custom designs, or user-uploaded content

Quality Control

All items, including bespoke designs, undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods with the exception of any print to order goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send them back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. Goods which have been printed to order cannot be returned.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition in which they were delivered. We will be entitled to deduct delivery costs from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Changes to legal notices

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
