1. About Us

We are a print-on-demand service providing both catalogue products and bespoke printed items. All products are made to order and produced with care and attention to detail.

Catalogue Orders: Standard designs available in our online store.

Bespoke Orders: Custom designs created according to your specifications (e.g., names, artwork, personalisation).

Production begins once payment has been received. Delivery times may vary depending on printing volume and shipping location.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 Catalogue Items (Eligible for Return)

You may return standard catalogue items within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@cazzink.co.uk before sending anything back.

2.2 Bespoke / Custom Items (Non-Returnable)

Bespoke or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. This includes any product featuring user-supplied text, designs, or custom artwork.

2.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or refund.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

For non-faulty returns (catalogue items), the customer is responsible for return postage.
For faulty items, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

2.5 Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

3. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

3.1 Catalogue Items

You have the legal right to cancel your order for catalogue items within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

3.2 Bespoke Items

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If goods have already been delivered, you must return them to us at your own cost (excluding faulty items).

4. Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated.

Printing & production time: [3-5 working days]

Shipping time: 2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Total estimated delivery time: [5-7working days]

We cannot accept liability for loss or damage after delivery to the address provided at checkout unless caused by our negligence.

5. Quality Control

All items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days.

We may update these Terms of Supply from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
